The Assignment was to animate 3 different shapes of an Instagram Reel. I chose a circle, triangle, and square to come up with this reel. I was very interested in texture and morphing so I set to work to find a way to morph circles from one another with the consistency of a high viscosity liquid or cells. Triangles remind me of gems or diamonds, so I illustrated some jewels and made a kaleidoscope that turned into the square. When thinking is squares I tend to think of stairs which is how the final scene came to be. Over all the recurring theme for each scene is a sense of transformation.
